Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, modify and maintain applications in the Global Financial Crimes environment
- Design, code, test, debug and document programs and activities
- Work closely with business partners in defining requirements and ensuring acceptance criteria is met for application changes
- Own and manage the end-to-end technical delivery of all the projects
Requirements:
- 10 - 12 years' experience with Java with Strong core java skills including multi-threading, collections API, JDBC and knowledge of Java profiling tools
- 5 years of experience with the latest Angular version
- Knowledge of development tools and languages
- Individual contributor role
- Ability to partner with the multiple Technology teams to implement the target architecture and migration to strategic platform
- Attention to detail is key and should mentor new team members
- Spring framework, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Test Framework, Spring RESTful services
- Transaction Management, Spring Annotations
- Knowledge of performance tuning data intensive applications
- Strong coding, debugging, and analytical skills
- Creative individual with a track record of working on and implementing innovative tech-based solution
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Software development using agile methodology and processes
Desired Skills:
- Background in enterprise stress testing
- Knowledge of cloud computing or distributed computing
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or any quantitative discipline
- Experience in supporting lines of businesses
- Prior development or infrastructure support experience
- Understanding of Agile Kanban and Scrum
- Agile / JIRA
- Degree from university
