What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reprographics Operator position at Genesis10?
Description: As Sr. Reprographics Operator you will streamline and produce quality print work while providing excellent and efficient customer service. Your work will challenge you, and with our Core Values to guide you, you'll quickly learn and grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Operates hi-speed production printers and scanners.
- Prepares and monitors electronic files and hard copies for printing, scanning and burning to CD/DVD; performs bindery work.
- Orders supplies, maintains inventory and troubleshoots equipment malfunctions.
- Prioritizes orders to produce print jobs to meet all deadlines; make recommendations to customers on best format or media to produce the job.
- Prepares production reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred: Associates' degree in Graphic Arts and a minimum of five (5) years' reprographic operator experience
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority.
- Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills.
- Knowledge of EFI Digital Storefront, Fusion Pro and Fiery software
- Needs proficient knowledge of Adobe graphic software programs, In-Design, Photoshop and Illustrator
