Roles & Responsibilities

​Job duties include all or some of the following, depending on the assigned department:

• Coordinates product movement from Ricoh warehouse to dealers, other Ricoh facilities and direct customers.
• Release, print and sort daily orders.
• Contact less then truckload and truckload carriers to schedule pickups.
• Works with small parcel carriers on daily pickup requirements.
• Double checks completed pick lists to ensure order accuracy. Confirms all orders are complete piece count and skid count is accurate.
• Assists department supervisor with assignment of work to warehouse staff.
• Contacts Transportation and Planning on shipping schedules and final daily shipping totals.
• Ship confirms orders in Oracle WMS, prints packing lists and bills of lading.
• Maintain driver’s entry log, complying with C-TPAT compliance to include seals.
• Maintain bill of lading paperwork regarding SOX compliance.
• Point person to address delivery related issues with Carriers.
• Monitor and follow-up on Customer Administration email inquiries
• Assists with lot control and inventory control issues.
• Update/manage Excel reports associated with Inbound and Outbound functions
• Assists department supervisor with various tasks.​

Minimum Qualifications

​High school diploma or equivalent education.
Basic PC and 10 key skills required. Basic Word and MS Excel Experience. Minimum of 1 year customer service experience. Must have adequate reading, math skills, and ability to write legibly.
Strong communication skills. Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.
Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction – prepare, provide and convey diversified information.
Bilingual Spanish and English a real plus. Physical effort required.
Work does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically with less than 50 lbs. Willingness to learn or have Forklifting experience.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
