As the Marketing Lead at Genome Insight, you will be a key leader responsible for driving marketing strategy for different audiences (patients, healthcare providers and researchers/biopharmaceuticals), creating marketing content and maximizing ROI of the content in different channels. This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in patient or/and HCP marketing in diagnostics or other Life Science industry. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
Market research and competitive analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Use insights on the market and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Identify customer needs and clarify what customers’ pain points we are solving for
- Support developing target product profiles and collaborate with R&D and Medical Affairs to ensure technology and medical evidence support the target product profiles
Product positioning and messaging:
- Define clear value propositions for each product, emphasizing the benefits for different customers (healthcare professional, patients, etc).
- Craft compelling messaging tailored for different customers to effectively communicate product features and patient-centric advantages.
Go-to-Market and marketing strategy:
- Develop and execute innovative go-to-market plans for diverse channels
- Estimate potential revenue and cost required for different Go-to-Market models and channels
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services for different audiences (patients, healthcare professionals, and researchers)
Content creation strategy and execution:
- Create engaging and informative content for various marketing platforms, including website, social media, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
Lead Generation:
- Drive lead generation initiatives through targeted campaigns, events, and collaborations.
- Optimize lead generation and ensure maximizing ROI of marketing campaigns.
Brand Development:
- Build and enhance the brand identity of Genome Insight in the genomics and diagnostics industry.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
Event Management:
- Plan and execute industry events, conferences, and webinars to showcase our products and services.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure successful participation in relevant events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, MBA /masters degree preferred.
- 7 years of experience in HCP and/or patient marketing in the Life Science sector, with a strong focus on digital marketing experiences.
- Proven success in launching and/or marketing products
- Ability to think out of the box, willingness to try and learn new things and explore uncertainties
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
