Sushi Cook at Cheeca Lodge & Spa
Northwood Hospitality LLC d/b/a Cheeca Lodge & Spa, located in Islamorada, FL, seeks full-time Sushi Cooks who will be responsible for cleaning and preparing raw fish according to traditional Japanese sushi and sashimi style; cooking and preparing Japanese food; making sushi, sushi rolls, and sashimi plates; and ensuring freshness of food, ingredients, and raw materials by checking for quality.
6 months experience required
Will report directly to Director of Food and Beverage at Cheeca Lodge & Spa.
On-the-job training is provided.
