Genric is looking for a motivated candidate who has demonstrated initiative, providing high levels of client service and support. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail oriented, client focused, and driven.
Responsibilities:
The Travel Analyst will work directly with the client travel department, and comply, with Genric/Client policies and procedures
Monitor daily any new and/or updated international travel risks.
Update risk levels for international travel risks
Perform risk assessments on destinations for international travelers traveling to high risks areas to determine if safe travel can be permitted.
Orientate travelers traveling to high-risk areas on expectations, safety, and best practices during their travel.
Schedule/Coordinate transportation in high risks areas
Continually develop and maintain a robust travel risk program to maintain a consistent standard of security for international travel.
Continue to improve the orientation plan to best educate travelers maintaining an internal travel program utilizing a high level of education and knowledge.
Write, modify, and distribute reports and data exports from the travel database, preserving data security by acting as the gatekeeper for the travel database
Act as the Travel Analyst Liaison for client project teams.
Develop travel assessment plans in support of Client with the goal of maintaining safe travel standards.
Qualifications:
Ability to respond and provide information to the client in a courteous and timely manner
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at a time
Good communication (written and verbal), problem solving, and organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Keyboarding skills and computer proficiency with software knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
