Job Title: Desktop Support
Location: San Franciso, CA
Full Time – Onsite, One year contract
Pay Rate: DOE
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· 3 years experience in desktop support – installation of laptop, computer equipment, peripherals, software, etc.
· 3 years experience in Windows PC Imaging
Scope of Work:
Secure Printing Configuration
· Ensure all copiers and printers are set up for secure printing.
Wireless Access Design and Testing
· Optimize wireless network performance and coverage.
Monitor and Docking Station Management
· Ensure safe relocation and setup of monitors and docking stations.
Endpoint Management Systems Update
· Reflect changes in location and network configurations in IT systems.
Conference Room Equipment Installation
· Set up and configure all conference room technologies.
Program-Specific Hardware Setup
· Ensure all program-specific hardware is properly installed and configured.
Decommissioning and Inventory Management
· Efficiently manage the decommissioning and relocation of IT hardware.
Laptop Reimaging and User Assistance
· Refresh and support laptops as part of the annual hardware update.
Project Management and Communication
· Develop a detailed project timeline outlining each phase of the relocation and IT infrastructure changes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
