Your Role
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for working with the Executive Communications Team and Senior Leadership—primarily the Co-CEOs and Global Co-Chairs—to design inspiring keynote presentations with stunning photography, motion, and data visualizations; compelling digital assets, including graphics for emails and social media; and high-quality visuals for digital and print collateral including banner graphics, organizational charts, process diagrams, and more, to drive strategic messages for internal and external audiences.
A successful candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where the stakeholders are fellow designers. A successful team member will be a seamless and open communicator with strong organizational skills and an appetite for rapid iterative editing. Presentations for external audiences (industry groups, conferences, clients)
Graphics for internal and external newsletters, including email design and setup, and more
Think creatively about the Gensler brand, identify opportunities, strategies, creative partners, and trends
Present creative projects to leaders and partners to establish a design direction and gain consensus and buy-in
Partner with other designers across the firm to develop innovative and effective designs that drive the Gensler brand forward
