Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience with PT and/or Industrial Supply products
• Inside or Outside sales background preferred
• Wide variety of product knowledge preferred
• Excellent project management and communications skills
• Ability to work in a team focused environment
• High level proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel and Access
• Great analytical skills; must be able to analyze and work with large amounts of data for product identification
• Effective proofreading skills
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and dedication to completing projects accurately and on time
• Service oriented
• Desire to learn and apply new ideas to business practices
• Positive attitude, high energy level 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Market Basket support – cross-referencing customer information to coded items in our system.
  • Review and manipulate customers' data in various Microsoft Applications
  • Produce any matching data from the Company System to allow accurate pricing to customer
  • Provide sourced cost from the manufacturer as needed
• Ensure accuracy of coding, cost and unit of measure information for Corporate and Branch customers
• Track and report coding activities in the Active Projects Database
• Provide assistance for cost savings.
• Maintain contact information for sourcing
• Maintain cross competitor reference information
