Job Summary:
We are looking for highly qualified individuals who are interested in pursuing a long-term career in a fast-growing company backed by KKR, a leading private equity firm. The M&A Analyst will play an essential role on our Business Development team, providing quantitative and analytical support for buy-side transactions. M&A Analysts will work intimately with C-Level executives as we evaluate the partnership potential of acquisition targets and recommend relevant deal terms. The Analysts will play a key role in driving the growth of the company.
M&A Analyst Job Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Senior Business Development team members to evaluate buy-side opportunities
- Run models and prepare materials that provide Executive Team with financial projections, deal structure recommendations and key investment considerations
- Help execute and track deal progress across multiple stages, including: initial data request, financial gathering, deal review and approval, letter of intent, due diligence, legal and closing
- Manage the deal pipeline and track performance metrics of the Business Development team

Skills and Qualifications:
- Superb interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to make recommendations to management based upon review of data
- Must possess a high level of work integrity
- Skilled in Microsoft Office with a focus on manipulating large data sets in Microsoft Excel
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Engineering or related analytically focused field
- Prefer 1 to 5 years’ experience in Investment Banking, Valuation and Transaction Advisory, Consulting or Corporate Development
- Strong analytical background analyzing statistical, operational and financial data
