GEODynamics in Millsap, TX is looking for qualified candidates for a Quality Manager. Our campus is on the frontage road of Interstate 20 near Millsap, TX. Located west of Fort Worth, it is an easy commute from surrounding communities of Weatherford, Stephenville, Mineral Wells and Aledo.

Key Accountabilities
- Communicates job expectations; plan, monitor and appraise job results; coach, council and discipline employees; initiate, coordinate and enforce systems, policies and procedures.
- Develops strong relations with internal and external customers to personally drive improvement activity to promote the long-term interest of the business.
- Leads and develops the local technical team to ensure the team’s capability meets current and future requirements in support of company strategies.
- Monitors key performance indicators for the technical team to ensure department performance exceed business needs.
- improves business performance by identifying key areas for business improvement, then lead and sponsor improvement projects to ensure the department has an active continuous improvement plan to improve performance.
- ensures compliance to Quality Management System to maintain external accreditations and any specific customer approvals.
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by implementing, maintaining and aligning company policies that adhere to local, state, and federal environmental, health and safety regulations.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, Engineering or related field or combination of education and experience
- 5-8 years of experience in engineering/manufacturing implementing a quality process
- Extensive experience supervising/managing people in Quality Assurance.
- Intermediate to Advance computer skills (MS Office – Work, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to positively motivate individuals and teams to meet or exceed project expectations
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, communication skills
