About the Job:
The George Fox University Director of Advancement Operations (DAO) will join an energetic, mission-driven advancement team as our chief researcher and architect of data systems. This individual will oversee Advancement data processes, implement best practices for database management, conduct prospect research, assist in donor identification and qualification, manage gift documentation and records, work closely with the Advancement team to ensure timely and strategic stewardship of donors, and experience the daily joy that life on a college campus provides!

Advancement Data and Research is the backbone of our efforts to engage the community in George Fox's impactful mission. The Director of Advancement Operations is the architect of these systems and ensures each day that the team and divisions across the university are operating with the most accurate and strategic data available. This is a dynamic position that requires a curious and creative mind to help the team manage supporter relationships well. One day, the Director of Advancement Operations could be conducting high-level prospect research for the University's President; the next, they could be training team members on a great new function of our CRM; and the next, they might be strategizing with the engagement or gift team about the most beneficial data set to pull for a particular constituency.
