Position Overview:
George Junior Republic in Indiana is hiring a full-time Case Manager for the Home-Based program in Harrison, Indiana and surrounding counties. The case manager is responsible for providing in-home case management services to children and families involved with the Department of Child Services and Juvenile Probation. The Case Manager will consistently demonstrate the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors necessary to provide a client-centered, strength-based, and culturally sensitive service and must have the ability to develop connections with referral sources and the community. The Case Manager must work well in a team environment and with individuals with families.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or an approved field
- Valid Driver's license, reliable transportation
- Able to travel in and around surrounding counties as needed
- Able to work a non-traditional schedule
