SUMMARY: The Talent Manager is responsible for managing and administering the talent acquisition function for the corporate professional positions and Northwest Arkansas production recruitment, including the Burmese Community Liaison program. In addition to the talent acquisition responsibilities, the Talent Manager is responsible for the sustainment of key talent processes for the organization overall (i.e. Retention, Performance Management).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Conduct and coordinate the Professional (salaried) recruitment for the corporate campus (Springdale and Rogers) ensuring that candidate quality and time to hire goals are achieved.
· Manage the sourcing, interviewing and employment processes for Production candidates in the Northwest Arkansas region.
· Establish policies and processes that are proactive, efficient and effective in the recruiting, interviewing and orientation programs. This includes management of the Burmese Community Liaison program.
· Act as a leader and subject matter expert across George’s to design, create, and direct hiring policies and initiatives related to production recruitment.
· Responsible for the ongoing ownership, management and administration of key talent processes as assigned by leadership. Processes include but are not limited to Employee Retention and Performance Management.
· For NWA, responsible for ensuring that George’s is branded positively in the community through advertisement, sponsorships and partnerships with organizations like Northwest Technical Institute (NWTI).
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will have supervisory responsibility.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· Required
o Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
o 5 years of Human Resources experience
o Strong analytical skills
o Strong oral and written communication skills
