Position Overview
The Salesforce Architect will be responsible for optimizing and tuning the performance of our existing Salesforce applications, which have been implemented over the past three years. These applications support the sales, marketing, and services teams of the Client and are critical to our business processes and client interactions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, a strong understanding of business processes, and a passion for driving efficiency and performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of existing Salesforce applications, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively to support our sales, marketing, and services teams.
- System Tuning: Identify and implement tuning opportunities to enhance system performance, including query optimization, data model improvements, and code refactoring.
- Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and requirements, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Salesforce development team, fostering best practices in coding, design, and performance optimization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, performance metrics, and optimization strategies.
- Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance system capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce Architect certification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a strong track record of optimizing and tuning Salesforce applications.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and service business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and performance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
