Stone Mountain Judicial Circuit – Administrative Assistant II
The Stone Mountain Judicial Circuit Public Defender Office is seeking to hire a dedicated and professional Administrative Assistant II. The ideal candidate must meet the qualifications and have the necessary skills to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. The applicant must possess a minimum of two years’ experience working within the criminal justice system, demonstrate proficiency and effectively use the Judicial Case Tracking System (JCATS), as well as be familiar with the Odyssey case management software. Possessing such preferred knowledge is highly desirable. Enthusiasm and strong interpersonal skills are a must.
