Job Description: Pay Range: $18 - $20 per hour Commission (Based on Experience) 40 Hour Work Week, No Weekends * CAREER DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES WITH A GROWING WORLDWIDE COMPANY * GREAT EARNINGS AND BENEFITS The Dealer Service Center (DSC) Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the success of the customer experience. The primary goal is to build relationships with our partnering dealerships and provide exceptional customer service. The DSC will be a liaison between the dealership, the customer and our repair facilities. The DSC Coordinator will represent Gerber Collision while inside the assigned automobile dealership while fostering and maintaining relationships with the service advisors that would cause them to endorse and promote Gerber Collision to its customers. Additionally, the DSC Coordinator will coordinate the initial repair process by inspecting vehicles for damage, taking photos of damage and preparing a preliminary estimate for the customer with the help of our remote estimating team.
