Job Description: This position will act as the first contact for employee inquiries received through phone calls and online tickets. The HR Operations Specialist will provide a response to the employees or escalate complex concerns to Senior Specialists accordingly as per the agreed service level agreements while maintaining professionalism throughout the interactions. Responsibilities Manage incoming phone calls and ticket inquiries related to HR policies and transactions. Provide guidance to employees and managers on self-service transactions and Workday (HRIS) navigation. Deliver on established standards and procedures for handling employee questions of human resource programs, policies and processes utilizing reference information. Escalate complex issues for further review and resolution, where required, through a formalized process. Maintain appropriate call and ticket volumes as per the service level agreements. Enter or retrieve data into/from Workday or other Management systems as required and follow-up to correct errors or missing/insufficient data. Stay updated with the policy and process changes in all areas of HR and utilize reference materials to assist in responding to employees. Provide Transactional support for Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits), Learning and Development. Run standardized regularly scheduled or ad hoc reports Provide friendly and professional customer service to all employees via telephone and through the online ticketing system.
