Job Summary Under limited supervision, process complaints and issues related to products or services. Assist customers with completing purchases, upgrades, and returns, and frequently provide advice and technical assistance as well. Identify common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible. Vertriebsinnendienst · Mitverantwortung für die Umsetzung einer optimalen Kundenbetreuung und Erreichung der vereinbarten Ziele · Gewährleistung einer optimalen, pro-aktiven Kundenbetreuung: SPOC (Single Point of Contact) erster Ansprechpartner für den Kunden · Aktives Verkaufen durch kompetente Beratung und Umsetzung von verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen (Verkaufsaktionen) sowie erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Vertriebsprojekten · Auftragsmanagement: Auftragserfassung, - überprüfung und –bearbeitung in Zusammenarbeit anderen Funktionsbereichen wie Einkauf und Logistik. · Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen bzgl. Dokumenten, Zertifikaten etc. · Bearbeitung von Liefer- und Preisanfragen unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen Preislisten und Liefermöglichkeiten · Lieferterminmanagement, Monitoring von Kontrakten und Reservierungen · Reklamationsbearbeitung und –abwicklung in Abstimmung mit den betreffenden Funktionsbereichen und dem Kunden · Überprüfung und Aktualisierung von Kunden-Stammdaten .
