5 Year Government Contract
Place of work:2691 NE Diamond Lake Blvd., Roseburg, OR 97470
SCHEDULE: Services shall be provided once per week on a day of the week on Thursday, after working hours between 4:30 pm to 6:00 am
DESCRIPTION OF BUILDING: AUTOMOTIVE SHOP OFFICE
Office – Approximately 307 square feet
Breakroom- Approximately 438 square feet
Men’s and Women’s Restrooms (4 total) – Approximately 382 square feet each
Hallways – Approximately 436 square feet
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: STANDARD OFFICE CLEANING: SWEEP, MOP, VACUUM, DUST, TAKE OUT GARABGE, CLEAN RESTROOMS. ONCE A MONTH FLOOR BUFFING OF THE HALLWAYS AND RESTROOM FLOORS.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE BUFFING FLOORS, AND CLEANING COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS.
