Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of innovative training initiatives to enhance data literacy across the organization.
Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues on data manipulation, presentation, and interpretation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and tailor programs to meet specific requirements.
Drive the design and implementation of surveys to gather valuable insights from both internal stakeholders and the public.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of five years' experience in developing and delivering large-scale training programs.
Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in training diverse audiences on data utilization and presentation techniques.
Knowledge: Familiarity with survey design and implementation processes for large organizations or public entities.
Education
A Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field is required.
