- Manage Accounts Payable: Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable with efficiency and accuracy.
- Invoice Processing: Handle both PO and non-PO invoices, ensuring precision in every step.
- Resolve Discrepancies: Conduct thorough research to address and resolve any invoice discrepancies.
- Vendor Relations: Maintain positive and effective relationships with vendors for smooth operations.
- Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation tasks to keep records up-to-date and accurate.
- Check Runs: Ensure timely payments by processing check runs as needed.
- Software Utilization: Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and other related tasks.
- Customer Account Management: Monitor and manage customer accounts, addressing any issues promptly.
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries with professionalism and provide timely resolutions.
- Credit Records: Keep customer credit records accurate and current.
- Proven experience in managing accounts payable and handling full-cycle accounts payable tasks.
- Strong skills in data entry and invoice processing.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP software.
- Experience in handling check runs and managing vendor relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
