Position: Insurance Sales Associate
Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Salary Range: $44,500 - $66,800 per year
About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Insurance Sales Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This is an in-office position with an immediate start date.

Key Responsibilities
Use consultative sales techniques to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Assist in processing new business, including finalizing sales and service transactions.
Identify cross-selling opportunities for the Sales Agent.
Contribute to and execute a marketing plan alongside the Sales Agent.
Identify mass marketing prospects through existing networks and community outreach.
Meet monthly sales goals for new business.
Follow up on new policies to maintain high retention levels and leverage cross-selling opportunities.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
Serve as the initial contact for customer concerns regarding new policies and accounts.
Participate in a licensing training program if not already licensed, with training materials and exam fees covered.
Qualifications
High School Diploma
1-2 Years Of Relevant Sales Experience Preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle objections and educate customers effectively
Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in a professional sales environment
Professional business acumen, with strong presence and confidence
Team player with the ability to contribute new ideas
Willingness to earn a state insurance license in Property & Casualty, and Life, with training and support provided
