Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic initiatives for demand planning and forecasting, aligning with both internal stakeholders and global supply chains.
Analyze and optimize forecast assumptions, manage exceptions, and conduct root cause analyses to ensure precision in our forecasting processes.
Lead a talented team in enhancing forecast quality and reducing errors, utilizing statistical methods and historical data analysis.
Collaborate closely with Supply Planning teams to manage supply-demand imbalances effectively and ensure seamless operational execution.
Challenge assumptions and drive alignment between demand forecasts and business strategies, fostering a dynamic environment of continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on senior-level responsibilities.
Proven expertise in demand planning, preferably within diverse organizational settings.
Familiarity with Supply Planning (SP), Production Planning (PP), or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across international teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
Certification from APICS or similar professional bodies.
Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
