Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of pharmacy, patient-facing, and provider-facing products to guide product decisions and improve operations.
- Process Automation: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to streamline operational processes through automation.
- Driver Planning Optimization: Develop models that enhance driver planning, including strategies for hiring and retention.
- Data Modeling: Create and design data models to improve decision-making and promote data accessibility.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Build and manage dashboards using SQL and Looker to monitor product initiatives and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Collaborative Impact: Work alongside Product, Research, Engineering, Growth, and Operations teams to deliver actionable insights and improvements.
- Inventory & Procurement: Identify and leverage opportunities in procurement and inventory management to enhance margins and efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement: Assess the impact of initiatives and refine processes to maximize performance.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data reporting by adhering to best practices in data analysis.
- Experience: 8 years in analytics or a technical role, with a strong focus on operational and supply chain data, along with proficiency in SQL.
- Education: BA/BS or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science.
- Skills: Expertise in SQL, experience with ETL processes, and capability in creating dashboards using Looker or Tableau.
- Collaborative Spirit: Proven ability to effectively work with business, product, engineering, research, and design teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong interest in using data to address real user challenges, with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment while being open to learning from experiences.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% may be required.
- Work Authorization: Applicants must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. Employment visa sponsorship is not currently available.
- Physical Requirements: Role involves frequent computer use, occasional lifting in the range of 20 pounds, and travel.
