Who You Are: 

You represent the Getty Images value proposition with clarity and accuracy, driving a consistent cadence of discovery conversations and meetings, with activity regularly and clearly tracked in Salesforce, to grow existing revenue streams within the customer account as it relates to all Getty Images products and services. You surface new opportunities for our solutions to serve customer needs, leading to increased penetration and greater share of customer spend.

• Build lasting, inclusive, collaborative, trusting professional relationships with existing and new contacts.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements, including how they are interacting with our competitors.
• Expand and improve relationships with customers by continuously proposing solutions or bundles of solutions that meet their needs.
• Demonstrate consistent daily habits of progressing leads through sales stages including implementing detailed next steps for each opportunity.
• Demonstrate a strategic approach to developing the book of business, looking beyond short-term targets to build a pipeline of sufficient size to exceed budget.
• Implement business strategy across the account base whether cross-selling, upselling, discount management, successfully raising pricing or bringing new, fee-based products or features to market.
• Author detailed selling plans minimum twice yearly, outlining specific targets, contact strategy, KPIs for success and points of adjustment.
• Consistently deliver required business reports accurately and on time
• Meet required monthly Salesforce CRM KPIs.
• Upload a forecast (Outlook) that is /-10% of what is delivered in the month. 

• Proven direct Sales and Account Management experience within a fast-pace organization.
• Experience selling to FTSE 100 organizations.
• Strong relationship building skills & experience of developing accounts to increase revenue.
• Shown success in building new business revenue within existing accounts.
• Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects; must have strong organizational skills.
• Proficient knowledge of all MS Office tools.
• Experience in using Salesforce.
• Confirmed closing and forecasting skills.
• Understanding of Marketing and Advertising preferably with an interest in Digital.
• Able to build cross-functional relationships vital to deliver revenue results.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and proposal development skills.
• Project management - lead/co-lead a project implementation.
• To understand industry and market trends.
• Shown adaptability.
• Experience of selling multiple products in one solution.

Health Insurance

We provide Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance for you and your family. We partner with Meritain (An Aetna Company), and CVS Caremark to provide you with two options for medical coverage - a POS plan and an HSA-qualified (Health Savings Account) Plan. The POS plan comes with a $200 per year Getty Images contribution to an FSA account. If you enroll in the HSA plan, Getty Images will give you $1400-$2400 per year to spend on any qualified health expenses. Dental insurance is available through Delta Dental.
