As our company and sales TEAM continue to grow, we are currently looking for a skilled professional to fill a split role, operating as a member of both our inside Sales and Sales Support teams, working out of our home office in Needham, MA. The ideal candidate will be an experienced voice looking to apply their trade in a new and exciting environment OR a veteran canvasser looking to get away from the inconsistency of going door to door. We are seeking an outgoing and energetic person to represent our company on the front lines and keep customers in our best line of sight. This position demands a passion for people and requires the highest level of professionalism. Qualified candidates must be equipped with strong listening skills, thick skin and possess the ability to overcome adversity.

BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Customer satisfaction.

· Outbound calling to retain, reschedule, renew, confirm and farm new leads.

· Inbound lead taking, scheduling, and coordination.

· Outside sales rep partner and liaison.

· Data entry and tracking via CRM system: input, track, and mining database

· Interacting with customers for reviews and feedback following a project

SCHEDULE

· Monday: 9-5

· Tuesday: 9-5

· Wednesday: 9-5

· Thursday: 9-5

· Friday: 9-5

Schedule is somewhat flexible and may vary based off how bust we are on certain days, such as with storms or other weather events that could change our lead flow. Your time will also be split between inside sales and sales support, with a minimum 50/50 split with more inside sales time a possibility depending on how busy the phones are.

REQUIREMENTS

· 3 years sales experience.

· Verifiable references.

· Able to pass a drug screening and background check.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

· Competitive base plus commission program, commensurate with experience.

· Full-time: $17-$18/hour plus bonuses & commissions

· Potential to exceed $55k with uncapped commission structure
