Location: Columbus OH, Chicago or Dallas

The new GFT QA Strategy Lead will be responsible for creating QA Strategies for larger organizations especially in Banking domain.

Required Skills/Experience

Experience in creating QA Strategies for larger organizations especially in Banking domain

Deep expertise with tools: SOAPUI, Postman, Selenium, Mockito, JUnit 4, Cucumber etc.

Experience in preparing and presenting strategy proposal to various business stakeholders

Drive the building of test strategies & methodologies, end to end automation

Understand complex business and functional requirements and provide direction in designing the technical test cases that thoroughly test the tech stack from architectural standpoint and meet the product requirements

Ensure that the QA team is kicking projects off in time at the level expected by the client

Maintain testing schedules for all workstreams, ensuring they are hitting their deadlines and reporting out on progress

Proactively evaluate testing processes and efficiencies

Experience in writing and creating Quality Assurance Strategy

Experience in creating test plans for microservices, platforms insights, reporting

Experience in end to end API testing, performance testing with multiple test environments

Experience in test data management plan
