Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Sales Operations Manager who is responsible for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales operations by providing resources and strategic support to our home health and hospice sales division.
Sales Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Analyze and enhance existing sales processes to improve effectiveness, ensuring that the sales teams are equipped with the tools and strategies necessary to achieve their goals and align with best practices.
- Oversee facility protocols and maintain facility tables in HCHB.
- Implement and manage sales tools and technologies that enhance productivity and tracking.
- Credit HCC changes in HCHB.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide insights to the sales team and leadership.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, status, and market trends, expenses, and CRM usage.
- Work closely with sales, clinical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging support for sales initiatives.
- Foster communication between sales and other departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Conduct research to identify market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Interact with all internal departments as needed to facilitate sales department efficiency
- Report Tracking-work with sales team to generate and analyze reports to improve territory performance and account management.
- Conduct required annual referral source surveys.
- Manage / Update all EMR Portals.
- Manage / Update Sales Support Page.
- Manage contracts for Respite and new facilities. Including execution and requests of change.
- Assist in Coordination of sales meetings
