It is the responsibility of the assembly team to place our customers' artwork in their custom frame! Assemblers use a variety of tools and cleaning products to perform their role and must be comfortable working with their hands. A keen eye for detail is necessary to ensure the frames meet our quality standards and that the artwork fits perfectly within the frame every time.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
Reliable transportation
Dependability
Preferred Qualifications:
· Ability to remain focused in fast paced environment
· Adapt & act quickly (various frame sizes, molding types, etc)
· Strong hand-eye coordination
· Ability to use/read a tape measure
· Strong background in teamwork
· Self-motivated
· Able to communicate effectively with team and supervisors
Ideal candidate:
· Previous work experience: Carpentry, quality, bank teller, schoolteacher, nurse, etc.
· Hobbies: Woodworking, club/team sports (working as a team to accomplish goals)
