What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bakery Cake Decorator position at GIANT/MARTIN'S?
The Cake Decorator assembles and mixes frosting ingredients, assembles decorating tools, makes up decorating cones, frosts and decorates cakes. They also track and record loss. · Promptly, at the start of the shift, the Team Member will review the work schedule, check the equipment and supplies required to perform the work scheduled, comply with PPE requirements, and otherwise prepare for duties. · The Team Member mixes frosting, colors frosting, makes cones, loads cones, frosts cakes, and decorates cakes with colored frosting. · The Team Member takes orders, completes orders, and stores orders in the Bakery cooler. · The Team Member cleans and sanitizes all work surfaces, all tools and equipment, all display cases, and all floors and counters. · The Team Member must demonstrate proper Food Safety and Sanitation work habit
