The Role :
The legendary is looking for customer service oriented individuals to join our Front of House team! You'll contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for our patrons and hosting some of the biggest patio parties!
We are currently looking for Door Hosts and Bussers .
Responsibilities :
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the venue, providing a positive and welcoming first impression.
- Manage the entry queue efficiently, maintaining order and minimizing wait times.
- Verify guests' identification and age to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
- Monitor guest capacity and regulate entry to maintain a comfortable and safe environment.
- Collaborate with team to ensure venue safety and security.
- Monitor the crowd and guest behavior inside the club to prevent disturbances and enforce rules.
- Assist in handling and diffusing tense situations or conflicts between guests professionally and safely.
- Escort disruptive guests off the premises in a respectful manner, following venue protocols.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Requirements :
- Positive attitude and passionate about Making People Happy.
- Customer service focused.
- Excellent communication with team members and guests.
- Community connections.
- 19 years old.
- Serving it Right certified.
- Hospitality experience is an asset.
