Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Print Manager/Customer Service Manager
As a small business, we take pride in providing personalized and excellent service to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for prioritizing and managing all aspects of of the print shop; customer service, coordinating print jobs, managing office staff, and overseeing the daily operations. Additionally, you will work closely with management in production.
- Duties:
- Lead a team of office staff
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate all print jobs, including receiving and processing orders, scheduling production, and managing deadlines.
- Manage graphics and office staff, including assigning tasks, providing feedback, and ensuring timely completion of work.
- Maintain accurate records of all print jobs and customer interactions.
- Work with management in production to ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standards.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement
- Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team
- Excellent negotiation skills to resolve conflicts effectively
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Proficient in analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Prior experience in customer service role
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years Printing experience required
- Knowledge of printing processes and graphic design principles
- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong communication leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
