Gifford is seeking a Head Chef to work in our Randolph, VT location.
The Head Chefs main focus is to ensure the foodservice program at Gifford is managed according to Gifford’s policies and procedures and federal/state requirements. By providing leadership, accountability, support and guidance to ensure that food quality standards, inventory control, food safety guidelines, resident and guests expectations are met. This position will also maintain all required compliance documentation, oversee budgets, and manage all hiring and schedules. Maintaining a goal to achieve the highest possible hospitality standards.
Strong time management/organization skills, ability to multi-task and communicate effectively in a professional manner are fundamental to the role.
