Qualifications:
Education/essential Requirements
High School Diploma, GED
Food Service Management Experience Preferred
Experience with Customer Service
Must have a valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements
Carrying up to 45 lbs.
Repetitive wrist and arm motions while scooping ice cream
Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day
Must be able to withstand extreme temperature changes

Work Environment:
Works with major food allergens that contains the following (but not limited to) dairy, wheat, soy, peanut
Probable skin contact with cleaning and sanitation chemicals
Will be required to withstand time inside of a freezer environment for receiving orders and doing inventories
A workday will include time indoors as well as some time outside · Will be required to do some outside cleaning, no matter what the weather conditions
Typical restaurant equipment in workspace including but not limited to, blender, waffle cone maker, knives, microwave oven

Sales Growth
Marketing Compliance -Implementing and management of all marketing directives
Stand Daily Coaching and Huddles – Creation of talking points per week and assurance of compliance via Stand documentation of Daily Huddles
To have all menu items ready and available for customers
To provide quick, efficient, accurate customer service
Cost & Productivity
Responsible to ensure that weekly inventories are completed on time and accurate
Achieve monthly budgeted cost of sales (COS)
Achieve a .2-ounce scoop variance or less average weekly
Achieve monthly budgeted labor goals
Manage labor within the Kronos Management System
Leadership
Leadership of Stand Family Development
Leadership in Financial Performance and Weekly Review with GM
Leadership of GFIC Stand Family & Customer Safety
Leadership of State of Maine Food Safety compliance
Leadership of the Stand Work Order Process with Maintenance
Leadership of Customer Service
To adhere to the Gifford’s Code of Conduct
Daily Review of Cash Management
Complete daily review of Stand cash up process as well as reporting deficiencies to the Operations Manager immediately
