We have launched and continue to support a physical inspection project on military installations outside of the US. We are seeking individuals who meet the following requirements. Role/Responsibilities:
- Physically inspect real property (real estate) assets and take photos
- Review asset file folders for pertinent documentation, scan, and upload electronic copies
- Communicate asset record changes to headquarters-level team
- Facilitate asset record changes with garrison staff/civilians
- Use Business Process Management tools to facilitate work process
- Master’s Degree preferred, Bachelor's degree required
- Local candidates at or near specific locations are preferred
- Candidates with current SOFA status are preferred
- Proficiency using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Active secret clearance or the ability to obtain a secret clearance
- Transportation and valid Driver’s License required to perform this job
- Ability to stand and walk while performing tasks
- 2 years of previous financial management experience preferred, minimum of 1 year financial
management experience is required - Must present verification that you have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 before your start date.
