We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. We are looking for a reliable and professional individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service.
Stipend for health insurance is available after 6 months.
High School Diploma required.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule service appointments.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Provide general administrative support to the office staff.
- Greet and assist onsite guests.
- Answer questions and inquiries from staff members.
- General bookkeeping.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot small tech issues
- Superior phone communication
- Must be punctual
- Experience with Quickbooks is a plus, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
