Own the implementation/migration in Home Lending, moving wholesale lending to Empower. Manage workflow, risks, validation, build user stories/requirements. manager sprints, UAT testing, and results
A results-driven colleague is needed for the conversion of wholesale lending into Empower application. The digital product manager will lead the execution activities of cross-functional teams involving various business partners in the development and deployment of new products, product enhancements, and process improvements. Own the implementation activities, establish priorities, manage sprints, UAT testing, communicate with vendors.
Experience:
- Excellent relationship building skills
- 2-4 years of Agile Product Management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to quickly re-prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Organized, controlled, engaged, polished meeting management
- Ability to be decisive
- Above average knowledge of Mortgage
- Above average knowledge of origination systems and related support systems
- Experience with Agile tactics and tools
- Bachelors degree required
- Experience working within a cross-functional team using Agile/Scrum
- Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred
Contract length: 12 months
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $61,563.00 - $150,138.00 per year
