What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Lab Supervisor position at Givaudan?
Lead the local Quality Lab Team and Manage Talent in the designated lab(s) to manage Lab efficiency improvement. Support local Quality and Food Safety programs aligned with global policies. Support local Vendor and Customer Quality Programs aligned with global policies
Assure the implementation and adherence of safety rules in the Labs.
You will:
- Ensure responsibilities are aligned with staffing
- Set and monitor targets, provide direction where needed
- Optimize processes and technologies in the Lab
- Assure adherence with Givaudan global, regional and local procedures
- Support / perform Internal audits
- Provide training on quality, safety and Lab procedures to all Quality Lab staff
- Support globally agreed quality requirements from customers
- Provide support on handling customer complaints, including root cause, trend analysis and action follow-up
- Support and assure adherence of the vendor quality program in the Quality Lab

Your professional profile includes:
- University degree in Chemistry, Biology, Analytical Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Sciences
- Related experience of minimum 5 years of which at least 1-3 years in leadership role
- Good technical understanding, excellent computer, organizational, presentation skills, oral and written communication skills are required.
- Strong project management skills.
