Description
This position will ensure that the website represents the glassybaby brand consistently across all social media channels. Provide ongoing scrutiny of landing pages, product information, pricing, check out options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use – on both laptop and mobile. Work with our vendors to provide the necessary content to ensure accurate website details are posted timely.
Requirements
Primary Duties:
- Build new pages in Shopify and custom collection pages as needed.
- Launch all new products across glassybaby.com homepage and product pages on a weekly basis.
- Feature new home pages on a daily basis and frequently update giving on home page and on the current foundation and baby grant pages to demonstrate the impact the glassybaby community drives.
- Ensure collection pages are curated so the glassybaby are grouped with complimentary colors.
- Provide ongoing new ideas on how to improve the webstore experience.
- Attend marketing & CODAL meetings to stay up to date with changes.
- Gather assets for CODAL, email construction, website, or external sources as needed.
- Marketing outreach
- Social media community management
- Maintain and update glassybaby social media postings to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn on a regular basis.
- Manage social media associates (onboarding, scheduling, communication for launches)
- Maintain accuracy with marketing inventory.
- Provide photoshoot & video shoot assistance.

- Ability to work weekends; as well as some evenings, holidays, and on-call shifts when necessary.

Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses
- Must have at least a high school diploma.
- Luxury brand experience preferred.
- Proficient in all aspects of Shopify, Dropbox, and Photoshop.
- Exceptional written and verbal skills is a must.
- Kind and courteous customer service skills.
Physical Demands
- Ability to regularly lift-up to 35 pounds and rarely lift to 50 pounds.
- Frequent standing and walking.
- Must be able to work in conditions that are impacted by weather and climate.
- Must be able to speak and hear well enough to conduct conversations.
