Monday thru Friday schedule
Must be able to work between 830am - 530pm or 9am- 5pm
JOB SUMMARY:
Under the general supervision of the Site Manager, provides assistance in the daily operations of the Business Services Center, at all times striving to meet or exceed the requirements and expectations of the customer’s employees in their requests. Consistently works in an enthusiastic, positive, motivated, professional, detail- and deadline-oriented manner, with an ongoing commitment to increasing customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- OverviewPerforms a variety of clerical duties to store, maintain, and protect the integrity and security of the electronic medical record.
Scans and uploads images from paper files to a computer.
Opens, prepares, sorts, screens, counts, and batches incoming mail and other documents such as contracts, legal communications, and departmental requests.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in the move, storage, and retrieval of records and files as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively.
- Work involves quality control and a strong attention to detail.
- Work involves varying degrees of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion. In addition, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
