POSITION OVERVIEW
The candidate will help support Global Atlantic’s Operations teams in all aspects of New Business Experience. We are looking for someone who is a driven problem solver, with a broad knowledge of Life and Annuity Operations, and can lead a diverse set of responsibilities while delivering quality results. Successful candidates have attention to detail, possesses strong analytical skill, have a strong level of adaptability and work ethic, and are a strategic thinker with the ability to influence outcomes internally and externally. This role would require a candidate to collaborate and interact with employees at all levels of the organization and as such, a successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as ability to work independently and as part of the team. RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Lead cross functional projects, analysis, and activities which drive strategic change, efficiency, organizational health, and operational processes throughout the company. This includes working closely with stakeholders and teams to define and document project requirements, scope, systems functions, processes, challenges, and opportunities to successfully implement solutions for complex projects
- Work collaboratively with leadership to develop opportunities to improve operational excellence
- Prepare and deliver executive level communications on initiatives
- Proactively drive change in the company’s business processes that show tangible improvements for the end customer
- Collaborate across internal business functions and with our Third Party Administrator (TPA) to ensure risks are mitigated to improve the customer experience
- Review processes for recommend enhancements or streamlining
- Assist in organizing, coordinating, and documenting outcomes of various committees / working groups (putting together presentations, drafting Meeting Minutes, etc.)
- Conduct thorough research and effectively communicate findings
- Conduct data gathering and analysis activities
- Leverage project management solutions to track project’s status; provide periodic status updates on projects/tasks
- Create and maintain excellent working relationships with internal GAFG Partners and external TPA Partners

QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong life/annuity/preneed product and industry knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Strong relationship building skills
- Comfortable interacting with to all levels of employees throughout the company
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working under pressure and against tight deadlines
- Professionalism in written and oral communications
- Responsible, conscientious and self-motivated
- Display willingness to quickly learn product lines, procedures and workflows
- Minimum of 5-7 years of life, annuity, or preneed experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Possesses and displays excellent verbal and written communication with ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong level of adaptability work ethic and high level of personal integrity and accountability
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence outcomes internally and externally
- Occasional travel required

Global Atlantic’s base salary range is determined through an analysis of similar positions in the external labor market. The annual base salary range provided in this posting for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. Base pay is just one component of Global Atlantic’s total compensation package for employees and at times we hire outside the boundaries of the salary range. Other rewards may include annual cash bonuses, long-term incentives (equity), generous benefits (including immediate vesting on employee contributions to a 401(k), as well as a company match on your contributions), and sales incentives. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Compensation for our more senior positions have a larger component of short-term cash bonus and long-term incentives. The base salary range for this role is $66,301 to $126,288.
