- **Experience**: A minimum of 5 years in a regulatory or compliance-related role.
- **Regulatory Knowledge**: Proficient ability to read, interpret, and summarize laws and regulations at both state and federal levels.
- **Technical Skills**: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and prioritization abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- **Project Management**: Proven project management skills are crucial.

- Review and draft bulletins specific to regulations for accurate internal dissemination and implementation.
- Conduct both internal and external research, compiling data to prepare memoranda and correspondence that highlight anticipated changes in regulatory requirements.
- Utilize research tools to monitor and alert the Compliance team regarding new laws, regulations, decisions, or guidelines that may impact business operations.
