DIVISION SAFETY MANAGER/COORDINATOR
REPORTS TO: VICE PRESIDENT

POSITION OVERVIEW: Entry Level
· Global Customer Services, Inc. is looking to fulfil the Safety Coordinator position. This candidate should have experience in the construction field, preferably traffic control. The candidate will monitor daily operations in the field and eliminate any hazardous activities, as well as promote Global Customer Services, Inc., and OSHA awareness. The Safety Coordinator should be familiar with Global Customer Services, Inc.’s IIPP and OSHA regulations. The candidate will work together with and support field employees with a focus on prevention of safety and injury incidents. The overall goal is to support and work to promote and improve a healthy and safe workplace.
RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS:
· Perform inspection of the daily operations performed by Crews in the field.
· Intervene in unsafe activities or operations.
· Work with Supervisors to monitor compliance and identify safety issues.
· Correct any issues that may be discovered in the field.
· Assist with damage investigations.
· Oversee, review and track daily job log reports.
· Distribute and track weekly safety tailboard discussion topics and quizzes.
· Efficient in Microsoft Office.
· Comfortable with Public Speaking.
· High proficiency in Public Relations.
SALARY POSITION – TBD based on experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
