We offer this vital role $600.00/week base pay with a commission draw. Salespeople typically grow their income each year, especially over the first 2 years. New salespeople can make $45,000 - $60,000/year with growth ranging up to $80,000 - $100,000/year over the first 2-3 years. We also offer a complete range of full-time benefits including company cars and a tiered commission structure. We run paid training at our shop often and do field trips to our corporate office in Seymour, CT for high-level training in a really fun environment. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A FIELD SALES CONSULTANT / HOME ENERGY EFFICIENCY ADVISOR
As a Field Sales Consultant / Home Energy Efficiency Advisor, your ultimate goal is to help homeowners achieve their desires for a comfortable, healthy, and energy-efficient home. You make appointments with customers and assess their needs, listen to any concerns, and provide honest and accurate education to provide solutions for their home. You are motivated to sell, but are mindful of ensuring customers are comfortable and confident with their buying decisions.
You are sure to follow up with customers to answer questions and provide any service support to ensure they are happy with their purchases, and to maintain a positive client relationship. Using our defined process, you maintain a high conversion rate and help generate income for yourself and the company. As the world moves toward greener living solutions, you take pride in knowing that you've not only contributed to the profitability of our company, and your paycheck, but have facilitated people in their decisions to move to living a more energy-efficient lifestyle!

WORK SCHEDULE
In this role, you can expect to work 40-50 hours per week, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Weekend work is required as needed to follow up on leads, attend trade shows, and generate leads.
