IT Help Desk Analyst (TEMP - In Office) Positions: Three (3) IT Help Desk Analyst (Temporary ~9/6/22-12/16/22). This is a technical support position.
Expected Hours (subject to change): Part-Time Open Position(s): Mon-Fri 7a-3:30p; 8a-4:30p; 9:30a-6p

Resolving specific support issues during project rollout.
Providing excellent documentation skills in call-tracking systems.
Working as a team player. (communicating well with w/coworkers & managers)
Enhancing business, verbal, and written skills.
Either previous help desk experience, desktop experience, or network administration experience
Must also type at least 30 WPM.
Beneficial Certifications: OneDrive, A , NET , MCP, MOUS Certification, HDI's SCA Certification.
