Creates, manages and executes project/program plans.
Builds strong working relationships with team members, vendors/contractors, business and ITS partners to aide in effective execution.
Ensures the establishment of scope and priorities, management of risks/issues/dependencies, implementation of solutions, and change management activities.
Ability to manage and track budget and budget variance.
Qualifications:
At least 10 years of project management experience and two years of lead experience of large programs and/or enterprise programs.
Typically requires bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of project management experience (or equivalent, such as 10 years of experience or master's degree and 6 years of experience) and 1 year lead experience.
Experience solving complex problems; demonstrating curiosity, comfort with uncertainty, creativity, critical thinking, taking initiative, and the ability to translate goals into strategic outcomes.
Ability to develop strategic roadmaps and business cases where needed; define and manage scope of work, perform stakeholder analysis, and manage analysis activities.
Experience with Project Management, Agile methodology and/or capabilities based planning.
