Membership Sales Manager | Uncapped Commission Plan!

Location: Hybrid (10% Remote and 90% Onsite); Candidate must live within 50 to 75 miles from Rosebud, Saginaw, Michigan

The Membership Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales of our emergency air transport services to the local community. Welcome to AirMedCare Network, a subsidiary of Global Medical Response (GMR). GMR is an air medical transport company serving residents in over 320 locations in 38 states including Alaska and Hawaii.

Responsibilities:

  • The Membership Sales Manager will generate leads for new business through actions such as:
    • Cold calling
    • Utilizing customer referrals
    • Community involvement
    • Collaborating with leadership on marketing programs
    • Participating in community networking events to draw in prospects.
  • Completing the full sales cycle from introduction and discovery to the needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow up and management.
  • The Membership Sales Manager will build a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers sufficient to achieve sales and company goals/targets.
  • Closing smart business (consistent with AMCN's objectives and practices)

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years previous B2C or B2B solutions sales experience, preferred.
  • Emergency medical transport industry knowledge, preferred.
  • Background and substance screenings will be completed.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
