SUMMARY |
Responsible for managing audits and projects related to the Government side of Revenue Cycle. These projects include reporting, and systems updates in the billing and or Financial systems. Work with Leadership and other Revenue Cycle departments to streamline and support billing and follow up. Identifies and recommends opportunities to capture data for multiple revenue cycle systems.
REQUIREMENTS |
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors’ Degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or other related discipline is preferred.
- 3 years increasingly responsible experience in Revenue Cycle with a focus on systems and vendor management

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills in day-to-day operations and under-pressure
- Demonstrated ability to influence others and convey schedule deliverables in a concise manner
- Ability to work both in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational, planning and follow-up skill
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Manages projects which support Revenue Cycle which may include coordination of new system
- Access complex data from various sources to compile reports for leadership. Trains end users to access data, its use and understand reports. Prepares data comparisons and analyzes data to present key conclusions. Develop effective AR and financial analysis targeting problematic payers in each facility
- Works with pertinent departments to ensure that data transfers occur for all systems
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
