Job Description:
The Carwash Manager will report to the Director of Carwash Operations. They work in partnership with the VP of Operations. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing daily carwash business activities, improving overall business functions, training site managers, managing budgets, supporting the development of strategic plans, facilitating & managing vendor relationships and communicating business goals. They work collaboratively with the site managers and staff to ensure the functions of the business and service delivery.

“Gauges” of Responsibility
- Communicate daily or as often as need with the VP of Operations on matters impacting the carwash business
- Communicate effectively with employees, customers, peers, and management
- Responsible for overall operation and profitability of multiple Car Wash locations within your assigned region
- Supports other station services to include; Propane Exchange, Air/Vacuums and ATM programs
- Lead and motivate managers to improve the overall customer experience while holding each manager accountable for the operation of their assigned location
- Direct, supervise, train and Location Managers to plan and implement procedures to maximize operational efficiency and revenue growth
- Communicate daily with every location manager via phone, email, or in-person
- Ensure a safe environment for all employees and customers by ensuring compliance with safety procedures and report safety or maintenance issues to management and business partner to ensure safety issues are addressed
- Facilitate and assess damage claims
- Ensure compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, and policies at Local, State and Federal levels
- Support company initiatives, including but not limited to marketing, promotions, sales and customer service

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge preferred
- 5 years of supervisory experience in car wash, retail, or service capacity
- Hard-working, self-motivated individuals
- Ability to multi-task and take ownership of assigned projects.
- Detail-oriented; proficiency for accuracy; dependable; positive attitude; team player
- Strong with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Mechanical aptitude
- Work productively under time constraints with a sense of urgency
- Understanding of the proper use of work orders, priorities, and schedules
- Valid Driver’s License
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods standing and walking
- Must be physically able to bend, stoop, twistor crawl into awkward spaces
- Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at a time
- Ability to work outside in varied weather and seasons
